MorphReel provides AI video generation, localization, reference-driven creative workflows, and related collaboration tools for global e-commerce and performance marketing teams. We work to improve the service continuously, but we do not guarantee any specific commercial result from generated output.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for providing accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You may not upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful content.
  • You may not misuse the platform, bypass restrictions, attack the service, or access systems without authorization.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the assets you upload and represent that you have the necessary permissions to use them. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the output generated for you through the service, while MorphReel retains the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

6. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Certain features are offered through credits or subscription plans. Except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable; however, we may restore credits or provide remediation when failures are caused by system error. We may update pricing, packaging, and billing terms from time to time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability
